Hotel Booking Guide

  1. First you have to do hotel selection from the lists in our website. 
  2. To reserve a hotel room you have to make booking with Syaza Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd by completing the  HOTEL RESERVATION FORM and fax or scan and email to us. Our reservation staff will promptly answer your request,  confirming the hotel (if available) and send you an invoice informing you of the amount due by e-mail.  If you do not receive a reply within 24 hours please re-post or email again.  Most hotels will require a deposit or credit card number to hold the room. This will be requested in our reply. 
  3. Should you wish to pay by credit card please complete this form first then click on our link to go to the CREDIT CARD AUTHORISATION FAX FORM. Other mode of payment can also be accepted. Check here to know how it works>>>

 

Note: Although we can oblige short notice bookings we request that you should try to submit your booking 4 days before your arrival date.
