POST 1: Tour executive - (Ampang - Selangor & Kelantan )
Responsibilities:
2 Main job is to coordinate tours and travel programs, hotel, flight and sight-seeing reservations, itinerary planning, communication with local and foreign customers, emailing, internet liaison and some site visits may be required.
2 FIT operation - to action on service order received from customers. Key in data for FIT pax into operation log and to liaise with suppliers for transport arrangement
2 Hotel visit - May need visiting clients at hotel to provide customer service and sell optional tours
2 Preparation of welcome kits for FIT clients.
2 To assist with GIT ( group ) operations- assist to make transport arrangement and co- ordination for groups - to assist to meet up with tour leaders for groups - tour arrangements
Requirements:
2 Possess a Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Hospitality, Tourism Management or equivalent.
2 Minimum 1-2 years working experience in hospitality, travel or tourism industry or a similar capacity. Fresh graduates with related discipline will also be considered.
2 Computer Literate and strong organizational and effective communications skills in English.
2 High degree of customer service and interpersonal skills.
2 Pleasant personality, organised, honest with passion for job and exceed client expectations,
2 Ability to work independently,
2 Able to interact with clients, suppliers and colleagues from all levels and a team-player

Post 2: Accounts Assistant Cum Admin - (Ampang - Selangor & Kelantan)
Responsibilities:
2 Handle
full set of accounts, preparation of budget and cash flow and other financial reports.
2 Handling general accounting tasks and payroll
2 Preparing of payments handling collections / bank in and Bank Reconciliation and AR/AP Reconciliation
2 Other duties necessary in relation to accounting and financial matters.
2 Able to meet deadline for month end closing accounts.
2 Able to do filling, data entry, banking etc. Handling of weekly, monthly and forecast cash flow and other accounting reports
Requirements:
2 Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
2 Required skill(s): Accounting System.
2 Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
2 Able to work independently with minimum supervisor.
2 Must be computer literate. Self motivated and good team player.

POST 3: Ticketing & Reservation executive -(Ampang - Selangor & Kelantan)
Responsibilities:
2 Attending to walk in customers, telephone and email enquiries for ticketing, tour packages, visas, ground arrangement and other related travel arrangement
2 Handling flight booking via Abacus & Amadeus System
2 to attend and assist sales calls & sales enquiries
2 to develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
3 to be responsible in selling services up to closing deal
3 to create tour packages and costing of tour packages
Requirements:
2 Candidate must possess minimum Certificate in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, IATA/ UFTAA or equivalent.
2 possess knowledge in ABACUS or AMEDEUS System
2 proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
2 Self motivated, good interpersonal skills, responsible, hardworking and able to work independently.
